科里奥利质量流量计(以下简称科氏质量流量计)振动管内壁的挂壁状态对流量计离线标定、故障诊断以及基于振动的流体粘度测量精度等均存在一定影响。针对这一问题,利用科氏流量计的谐振频率和系统的驱动功率随着内壁的挂壁物质量增大而变化的特性,研究与实现了基于信号特征的科氏质量流量计挂壁状态的在线监测,提高了流体流量、粘度、密度等测量的精度。通过模拟科氏质量流量计挂壁状态的实物仿真实验,验证了基于信号特征的科氏质量流量计挂壁状态在线监测技术的有效性。
The off-line calibration,fault diagnosis and fluid viscosity measure based on vibration are affected by the wall clung state in inner wall of Coriolis Mass Flowmeter(CMF).Considering the issue,researched and realized the monitoring technique of CMF wall clinging condition on line based on signal features to improve the measuring accuracy of fluid flow,flow viscosity and fluid density,the technology depends on the change character of the resonant frequency and system ' s driving power following the mass increase of wall clinging when the CMF is in resonant state.Verified that the monitoring technique of wall clinging condition on line based on the signal characteristics is effective by the physical simulate experiments simulating the wall clinging condition of CMF.
