文章基于现代管理境遇的组织伦理视角关注转型期组织生态正义问题。现代组织是一种积极共生管理模式。在现代科学管理视野下,组织社会中的员工,需要一种主动型人格来彰显积极生存的工作状态。在积极生存状态下,组织管理者,不仅仅要关注技术指标,因为它要更精细化地管控员工的工作状态,其最终目的是提升组织的生产性,所以,我们就更要关注组织生态境遇的研究。文章深入分析了现代组织生态令人担忧的现状,呼吁基于组织运作的价值回归来改善组织生态恶化的现状,进而改善现代组织中被诱发的处于积极生存状态中人的工作境遇。
From an organizational ethics perspective, based on the modern management situation, this article studies the eco-logical justice in the transition period of the organization. The modern organization management mode is a kind of active symbiotic management type. In the view of the modern scientific management under the organization of the society, employees need a proactive personality to show their job status of positive survival. In the active state of survival, the organization's managers are not only con- cerned about the technical indicators, because it should have a finer control over the work of the staff with an ultimate aim to en- hance the production organization, we should also pay more attention to the related research on organizational ecology situation. This paper has discussed the worrying status of modern organizational ecology, calling for the operation of the organization value returned to improve the value of justice based on ecological situation of the organization, and then improve the people's work conditions which is induced in the positive state of survival in the modern organization.
