针对传统CAD系统在解决客户需求个性化带来的产品多样化方面存在的不足,结合工程产品设计的内在规律,在可重用设计过程中引入相似性理论,根据相似性分析的思想构造了基于知识进化的产品可重用设计方法,描述了语义知识相似性指标(相似度、满足度和重用度)计算方法,将产品可重用设计流程与产品设计的进化操作相结合,使语义知识的进化过程反映设计意图,并结合某制造企业具体应用,将上述理论应用于数控加工机床开发中,更有效地表示工程产品及其设计过程,对提高设计效率和设计质量具有很重要的意义.
Traditional CAD system is difficult to solve the problems of product diversification because of individual customer requirements. Combining with the inherent rules of product design, similarity science was introduced in the course of reusable design. A reusable design method based on knowledge evolution was advanced based on the idea of similarity analysis. The calculation method of semantic knowledge similarity indices, such as similarity, gratification and reusability, was described. The reusable design flow and evolutionary operator of product design were combined so that the evolution process of semantic unit could reflect the design intention. The new method was applied successfully in the development of numerical controlled machine tool. The engineering product and its design process were expressed effectively, which helps to enhance the design efficiency and quality.
