机械结构的损伤会导致安全事故的发生,在线监测技术将在损伤发生时实时预警,大大降低了事故率。通过结构-PZT(Piezoelectric,锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷)模型,文章分析机电耦合原理,给出损伤特征量的定义,设计基于结构-PZT模型的有效电阻抗测试电路,运用电压电流法,实现阻抗谱的测量与绘制,并研究相对阻抗变化量频谱及损伤特征量与损伤特征信息之间的相互关系。实验验证,使用压电机电阻抗法进行结构损伤监测的可能性。
The damage of the mechanical structure can cause safety accidents. On-line monitoring technol- ogy of real-time warning when damage occurs may greatly reduce the possibility. By Structure~PZT model, electro-mechanical coupling theory was analyzed. The definition of damage characteristic is given. Voltage-Cur- rent method is used to design the effective electrical impedance test circuit that is based on the Structure-PZT model. The survey and mappings of the impedance spectrum is mapped, and the analysis of the relationship be- tween the relative impedance variation of spectrum and the damage characteristics and damage characteristic in- formation is given. The experimental results validate the possibility of damage monitoring using piezoelectric E-M impedance spectrum method.
