以三水醋酸钠(CH3COONa·3H2O)为蓄热基质,通过大量实验,遴选合适的抗沉淀剂和成核剂,配成相变温度约55℃、过冷度小于2℃的蓄热材料。对该材料的蓄热性能进行研究表明,该材料相变热可达238J/g,导热系数为1.072W/m·K(30℃时),可用于空调冷凝热回收系统。
A new heat storage material (CH3COONa·3H2O) with a phase change temperature of 55℃ and a sub-cooling temperature of less than 2 ℃ was developed. This sodium acetate trihydrate based material was obtained by a number of experiments for selecting proper nucleation catalysts and suspension mediums. The study results indicate that its fusion heat and thermal conductivity is 238J/g and 1.072W/m·K (at 30℃), respectively. It seems that this new material may be suitable for heat storage in air conditioning systems.
