由于能量的限制,无线传感器网络(wireless sensor network,WSN)面临网络生存时间、无线资源利用效率以及时延要求等方面的挑战。无线传感器网络中的功率控制已经成为研究领域中的一个热点,其主要目的是降低网络在分发数据包中的能量消耗,降低网络中的通信干扰,提高无线信道的空间利用率,并提高网络的吞吐量。通过采用一种新的基于节点位置的功率控制算法,该算法采用数学和几何的分析方法去分析邻居节点间的关系,并构建优化邻居集,并使用不同的功率传送报文。该算法的复杂度不高,易于在节点运行,仿真结果证明该算法能取得较好的网络性能。
Due to energy limitation, WSN (wireless sensor networks) faces to the challenge of lifetime, wireless resource utilization efficiency and delay requirement. Now, power control in WSN has become the focus of extensive research. Its main objectives are to reduce the total energy consumption in packet delivery, reduce the interference, increase the radio channel spatial reuse, and improve network throughput. In this paper, we propose a novel transmission power control algorithm based on node position. Mathematic and geometrical methods are used to analyze the relationship between nodes and build the optimized neighbor set in the NS (neighbor set), and then the node uses different power to transmit packets. This algorithm has lower complexity and easy to operate at nodes, and simulation results denote that it can achieve well network performance.
