基于有限理性决策模型,从“环境一认知一行为”的逻辑关系探讨团队创新氛围对新生代知识型员工创新行为的影响。通过调研国内30家企业中的新生代知识型员工发现:团队创新氛围对员工创新行为有正向影响作用,这种促进作用主要来源于团队创新氛围中的创新支持和远景目标。新生代知识型员工对团队成员的人际信任程度在团队创新氛围与创新行为关系中起部分中介作用。团队规模在创新氛围和新生代知识型员工创新行为之间有显著的调节作用。
We explore how innovative climate affects new-generation knowledge employees' innovation behavior based on the finite rational decision making model and the "Environment - Cognition - Behavior" logical relationship. Through the inquiry from new-generation knowledge employees of 30 enterprises, it shows that team innovative climate have positive influence on individual innovative behavior, which is promoted mainly from the team innovation support and vision of innovation climate .Interpersonal trust to mentor partially mediated the relationship of innovative climate in the team and new-generation knowledge employees' innovative behavior. Team size plays a significant regulatory role between innovative climate and innovative behavior of new-generation knowledge employees.
