知识产权贸易发展状况不但可以反映一个国家的技术竞争力和知识产权保护水平，而且可以体现一国自主创新能力的高低。通过构造一个知识产权贸易对自主创新能力影响的创新产出函数，实证分析发现，知识产权贸易对中国自主创新能力的提升具有正面推动效应，因此，培育中国知识产权优势，提高中国知识产权贸易竞争力，对中国自主创新能力的提升尤其重要。

Intellectual property trade can reflect technical competence and level of independent innovation. The paper builds a function of innovation about Intellectual property trade and independent innovation. Through the empirical test, Intellectual property trade can push level of independent innovation in our country, so we will foster our intellectual property advantage, improve the competence of intellectual property trade, and advance level of independent innovation in our country.
