秦岭自然保护区群在我国生物多样性保护方面发挥了重要作用,其经济效益的计量研究一直是学术界研究的热点。本研究试图在界定秦岭自然保护区群的概念及分析其经济效益内涵的基础上,综合运用专家咨询法及文献参考方法,建立了秦岭自然保护区群经济效益计量指标体系,利用市场价值法、等效替代法以及机会成本法等方法,对秦岭自然保护区群保护生物多样性产生的经济效益进行了经济计量及分析。结果表明：秦岭自然保护区群在保护生物多样性方面产生了可观的经济效益,总经济效益约265.88亿元/a,其中内部收益为231.49亿元;外部收益为34.39亿元,外部收益中与周边区域密切相关的直接经济效益为5.91亿元,间接经济效益为28.48亿元。本研究计量指标及计量方法为秦岭自然保护区群基层工作人员及类似保护区群经济效益计量及评价提供参考

英文摘要：

The Qinling Nature Reserve Group plays an important role in biodiversity conservation in China.Based on the definition of the concept and analysis of the meaning of the Qinling Nature Reserve Group,experts’ advice and document investigation were used.An index system of economic measurement of the Qinling Nature Reserve Group was built.The market value method,equivalent substitution method,and opportunity cost method were used in economic measurement and analyzing economic benefits of biological diversity protection in the Qinling Nature Reserve Group.Results showed that the Qinling Nature Reserve Group has enormous economic benefits due to biological diversity conservation,with showing the total economic benefits of about 31.453 billion Yuan consisting of inside benefits of 21.074 billion Yuan,outside benefits of about 10.378 billion Yuan,and direct and indirect benefits closely related to the residents’ living of about 7.530 billion Yuan and 2.848 billion Yuan,respectively.The indicators and measurement methods of the study can provide reference for the Qinling Nature Reserve Group and other similar groups in measurement and evaluation of economic benefits.It should be noted that the preservation value of rare species can be counted as ecological value or counted as economic value.This study only measures the preservation value of rare species as a part of economic indicators to express that the existence of rare species pertains to economic value,which can be a part of economic benefit.The economic value of the protected areas was also evaluated so as to reflect that the Qinling Nature Reserve Group brings the rural community interests by biodiversity conservation.This study attempts to build a Qinling Nature Reserve Group economic measurement index system and an econometric system by explaining the economic meaning of the Qinling Nature Reserves Group,and then to reveal the direct or indirect impact of biological diversity conservation on regional economic development,which would help the government formul
