With the quickly development of technology and global economics, enterprise must build well cooperative relationship with supplier and customer, which will improve the enterprises' competitiveness. The researches of supply chain partner relationship include transaction cost theory, resource theory, game theory and so on. This paper will discuss cooperative in supply chain based on game theory and find the formation mechanism from three phases, including prisoners' dilemma, the trap of deer and one-side promises.
