应用声发射进行输气管道阀门内漏检测可以有效地检测出阀门是否泄漏并对内漏流量进行计算。介绍了声发射检测方法,指出其在输气管阀门内漏检测应用过程中的关键技术问题,对输气管道球阀内漏声发射特征及机理、声发射信号降噪与特征参数提取、内漏流量预测等问题进行重点的描述,在此基础之上给出了相应的研究思路和建议。
The application of acoustic emission technique to detect natural gas pipeline valve internal leakage is the most promising way for leakage detectioncurrently. It can effectively identify internal leakage as well as internal leakage flow rate can be calculated. The acoustic emission detection method is introduced. Key technical problems in application of detecting natural gas transportation pipeline valve internal leaking are pointed out. Leakage acoustic emission characteristics and mechanism of vale, de-noising, feature parameter extraction of acoustic emission signal and inernal leakage flow prediction are emphasized. On the basis of above research, relevant ideas and suggestions are proposed.
