利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT的凝固/熔化模型,对双层壁圆筒内填充的铝硅合金相变材料的熔化/凝固过程进行了数值模拟,得到了在第3类边界条件下圆筒内相变材料在凝固/熔化过程中的动态温度场分布、相界面移动规律及凝固/熔化时间等,对蓄热装置的设计及实验研究提供了重要的参考价值。
By using the solidification/melting model of FLUENT software, the melting and solidification process of the alumi num-silicon alloy in a cylinder heat storage with double wall were simulated numerically. Considering the third kind of boundary condition, the dynamic temperature field distribution and the position of the phase interface change moving with time are ob tained. And the melting and solidification duration time is also calculated. The results have important reference value for the numerical simulation of the phase change problem and the design of phase change energy storage device.
