为了准确预测轮胎惯性滑行法噪声测试结果,缩短轮胎噪声测试周期,对惯性滑行法与实验室转鼓法这2种轮胎噪声测试方法测试结果之间的定量转换关系进行了研究。由2种测试方法所得噪声数据的相关性分析,以及在半消声室进行实车条件下不同位置轮胎所发噪声的传播规律试验,得到了2种方法噪声测试数据之间的转换关系。研究结果表明:惯性滑行法与实验室转鼓法噪声测试结果呈线性相关关系,通过实验室转鼓法噪声测试数据可以准确预测惯性滑行法的测试结果;对C1类单个轮胎的实验室转鼓法噪声测试数据,应用转换关系得到的惯性滑行法轮胎噪声声压级预测结果与实测结果误差在0.5dB之内。研究结果对缩短低噪声轮胎开发周期,降低开发成本具有现实意义。
In order to accurately predict the results of coast-by method for tire noise measurement and shorten the measurement period, test study on the quantitative transformation relationship between two tire noise measurement methods, coast-by method and laboratory drum method, was carried out. With correlation analysis on measurement data of two methods and tests for tire noise propagation laws at different positions under the condition of a whole vehicle in semianechoic chamber, the quantitative transformation relationship between the results of two methods was obtained. The results show that there is a linear correlation between the results of two methods, and the results of coast-by method can be predicted precisely with the measurement data of laboratory drum method. For tires of type C1, the difference between the prediction and measurement results is within 0.5 dB. The research findings have practical significance for saving time and cost in research and development of low noise tire.
