针对高维的多变量时滞系统,提出了具有分散结构的PI(proportional integral)控制器直接设计新方法.考虑被控对象的稳态和动态信息,利用单位反馈系统的闭环传递函数矩阵,结合内模控制原理,直接推导出PI控制器参数的解析通式.所提的设计方法直接体现出了控制器参数与被控过程的稳态及动态信息之间的关系,与常规内模PID参数整定方法相比,明显改善了控制系统的动态性能,即使在模型失配的情况下,仍能保持良好的控制品质和鲁棒性.通过对几个实际工业过程的仿真实验,证明了所提控制算法的实用性、有效性和优越性.
A new,decentralized PI( proportional integral) controller design method is propsed for high-dimensional multivariable processes.By considering the steady and dynamic information from multivariable systems,an analytical expression of the parameters of the PI controller is derived by employing a closed-loop transfer function matrix under unit feedback.The proposed decentralized controller reflects the relationship between its parameters and the steady and dynamic information of the original processes.Compared with existing methods,it can improve the dynamic performance of the control system.Even in the case of model mismatch,the control system can maintain better control performance and is more robust.Simulation experiments have been made on several typical controlled objects,which demonstrate the practicality,effectiveness,and superiority of the proposed controller.
