根据实际拱坝中设置非穿透诱导缝的方式,在碾压混凝土轴拉试件中埋设不同的非穿透诱导片以模拟各种不同非穿透诱导缝的情况,得到尺寸、面积折减率或诱导片布置方式不同时碾压混凝土非穿透诱导缝的等效强度,通过对等效强度试验结果进行分析,得到诱导缝等效强度及相对抗拉强度对于不同诱导缝情况的变化规律。进一步分析,得到非穿透诱导缝等效强度随试件尺寸的增加而减小、诱导缝由一片改为多片时,有利于降低等效强度及相对抗拉强度。分析试件(1-feq/ft)/s的规律得出随着面积折减率s的减小,截面的抗拉能力比抗压能力相对下降缓慢。
Based on the different characteristics of non-penetrable crack directors in arch dams, different non-penetrable induced planes are embedded into RCC tension specimen to simulate various crack directors. The simulations reveal the equivalent strength of different non-penetrable crack director specimens with different dimensions, area reduction rates and arrangement patterns. Also, a variation pattern is derived from the results of equivalent strength. Further analysis leads to the conclusions as follows: 1) the equivalent strength decreases with the increase of specimen dimension; 2) the equivalent strength and the relative tension will be reduced with the number of crack director increases. The analysis of the specimen ( 1-feq/ft)/s pattern shows that the tension strength decreases slower than the compressive strength does with the decrease of area s reduction rate.
