目的研究杜鹃花科植物云锦杜鹃Rhododendron(ortunei枝叶的化学成分。方法对云锦杜鹃95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、凝胶SephadexLH.20等柱色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、槲皮苷(2)、杨梅树皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(3)、反式咖啡酸(4)、顺式咖啡酸(5)、(2R,3S).6,8-di.C-methyldihydrokaempferol(6)、秦皮素(7)、原儿茶酸(8)、槲皮素(9)、山柰酚(10)、杨梅素(11)、棂木毒素I(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从云锦杜鹃枝叶中分离得到,其中化合物1~8、10首次从杜目鸟花属植物中分离得到,化合物3~7首次从杜鹃花科植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the twigs and leaves of Rhododendron fortunei. Methods The ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanol extract from R. fortunei was separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and various spectroscopic methods. Results Twelve compounds were isolated as kaempferol -3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (1), quercitrin (2), myricetin-3-O-α-L- rhamnoside (3), trans-caffeic acid (4), cis-caffeic acid (5), (2R, 3S)-6, 8-di-C-methyldihydrokaempferol (6), fraxetol (7), protocatechuic acid (8), quercetin (9), kaempferol (10), myricetin (11), and grayanotoxin I (12). Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from the twigs and leaves of R. fortunei for the first time. Compounds 1--8 and 10 are isolated from the plants of Rhododendron L. for the first time, and compounds 3--7 are isolated from the plants in Ericaceae for the first time.
