为了使桥式起重机安全评价结果更加准确全面,运用可拓理论建立桥式起重机安全评价的物元模型,将其失效等级、评价指标、指标值域结合为一体,构建评价指标体系和评价标准,并对定性指标进行量化和归一化处理,确定经典域和节域;利用可拓集合的关联函数计算评价指标对失效等级的关联系数,引入层次分析法(AHP)计算指标权重,根据级别变量特征值判定桥式起重机失效可能性等级,评价其结果与实际情况相符与否,为桥式起重机安全评价提供了一种有效的新途径。
In order to accurately evaluate the safety of the bridge crane, the matter-element model of the bridge crane was established u- sing extension theory, and the evaluation index system and the classification evaluation standards were also established by combining failure possibility grades, evaluation indexes and index value domains. Classical domain and joint domain were set up as well by the quantification of qualitative indicators and the normalization of all the indexes. The correlation coefficients between evaluation indexes and failure grades were calculated using the correlation function of extension set,the weights of the indexes are determined by AHP, and the failure possibility grade of the bridge crane is determined by the characteristic value of grade variable. The evaluation result of the bridge crane safety is consistent with the actual situation of it. The research has opened up a new effective way for the safety evaluation of bridge crane.
