以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)为基质,以高敏性类丁二炔化合物为主要有机染色材料,添加适当比例光引发剂,成功研制了一种高感度新型辐射变色膜。用CL-1000型紫外线交联仪进行紫外线辐照后,薄膜颜色由粉红渐变为蓝色,且随着辐照剂量的增加颜色深度递增。经分光光度计测试其吸收光谱,发现主吸收峰值出现在650nm附近,且在相同的紫外线能量密度下,吸收峰处的响应吸光度与辐照时间成线性响应关系。在相同的辐照时间内,吸收峰处的响应吸光度与紫外线能量密度亦成线性关系。染色材料中添加适当比例的光引发剂,可以提高薄膜的响应吸光度,进而提高其响应灵敏度。对于变色层厚度为30~60um的辐射变色膜,敏感层厚度与吸光度响应成正相关性。室温下避光贮存60天内,此新型辐射变色膜具有较好的稳定性与可重复性。
A new high sensitive radiochromic film is developed by using poly(vinyl butyral) as the base and using acetylene-type compounds as organic dye material, it becomes blue after irradiated by low energy density of Ultraviolet radiation using CL-100 UV cross-linking instrument, then, analyzed by absorb spectrum, the absorption peak in visual region locates about 650nm. There is a linear relationship between absorbency and the irradiation time of ultraviolet radiation when irradiated by the same energy density. A linear relationship between absorbency and energy density in the absorption peak also be discovered. Fitting a linear relationship between the thickness and absorbency. The sensitivity of the response can be changed when different inverse proportion of halides are added into the radiochromie system. Good stability is proved from experimental analysis in 60 days.
