以叶型表面压力残差修正和N-S方程数值求解为基础,发展了基于目标压力分布的压气机叶型黏性反问题设计方法。该方法不仅适用于吸力面和压力面局部修正的反设计,同时可对包含前缘和尾缘的吸力面和压力面整体叶型进行反设计修正。某CDA动叶叶型的反设计结果显示,该方法基本还原了原始叶型的几何型线和气动性能;对叶型整体反设计,在前缘、尾缘附近得到了相对光滑的压力分布。对所采用的压力残差修正方法,其对透平叶栅和压气机叶栅反设计的有效性和适用性均得到了证实,表明该方法具有良好的通用性。
Based on pressure residual modification and numerical solution of N - S equation, a viscous inverse design method for compressor profile based on target pressure distribution is developed. It can be used not only for the inverse design of part pressure and part suction surfaces, but also for the inverse design of full pressure and full suction surfaces including leading and trailing edges. The inverse design results for a CDA profile of rotor show that the original blade profile and pressure distribution can be recovered by this inverse method. And the smooth pressure distribution can be obtained for the inverse design of full blade profile. For the pressure residual modification method used in this paper, its validity and applicability for both turbine and compressor cascades are verified.
