Zr-4合金样品经1020℃保温20min后水淬处理,形成了一些富集Fe和Cr的片层状β-Zr相(bcc结构),a=0.362nm。其中Fe含量约为3.65wt%,Cr含量约为0.61wt%,Sn含量约为1.57wt%。该β-Zr相经变形及580℃热处理后分解,形成α-Zr和细小的、带状分布的Zr(Cr,Fe)2第二相,所以Zr-4合金经β相水淬、变形及热处理后也可得到细小且分布较均匀的第二相。
Some lamellar β-Zr (bcc, a=0.362 nm) richer in Fe and Cr was detected in the quenched Zircaloy-4 samples after heating at 1 020 ℃ for 20 min. The contents of Fe, Cr and Sn in β-Zr were about 3.65 wt%, 0.61 wt% and 1.57 wt% respectively. This β-Zr would decompose into α-Zr and fine ribbon like second phase Zr(Cr,Fe)2 particles after deformation and heat treatment at 580 ℃. So fine and uniformly distributed second phase particles could be obtained in the Zircaloy-4 alloy through water quenching from β phase, deformation and heat treatment.
