Comprehensive function testing and performance testing are conducted through the automatic test for embedded PLC system to ensure the reliability of embedded PLC system.The speed and accuracy of automatic test system are determined by the digital filtering algorithm,it is the most important part of signal acquisition in the automatic test.The advantages and disadvantages of existing filtering algorithms are analyzed after introduction to the overall architecture of the embedded PLC system and the composition of automatic test system.Based on the analysis,combined with the test requirements of the embedded PLC system,a filtering algorithm is modified and improved to provide accurate and efficient data sources for the test.
