以正方形边界悬垂织物模型的逆向实验为例,研究自由形态的逆向实现技术,将正方形边界悬垂织物模型经三维扫描,得到表征自由形态特征的点云数据,基于逆向软件处理点云数据,得到重构曲面并生成初始网格,引进条带化旋转展开技术,进一步综合运用三维造型软件与三维打印技术,设计自由形态空间网格结构并可将其快速打印成型,验证了逆向实现技术的可行性。
This paper takes the drape of square fabric model as an reverse experiment to study the reverse realization technique for free-form surface. In this experiment,the drape of square fabric model is scanned to get cloud data by 3D laser scanning system. Then the cloud data are handled by reverse software to reconstruct surface and get initial mesh model. The board-lofting technique is improved to fabricate the initial surface model by paper. The application of 3D modeling software and 3D printing technique makes free-form space grid structure can be designed and rapid manufactured directly. This experiment proves that the reverse modeling method is feasible.
