分析了交错并联反激式拓扑微型逆变器的基本工作原理。为探索电路最佳效率。对电路建立了损耗模型。基于该模型,首先探讨了功率器件对效率的影响,比较了微型逆变器在使用si与SiC二极管时的效率。接着对比了在不同开关频率、变压器激磁电感下微型逆变器的效率,优化选取了最佳开关频率和激磁电感。最后搭建了200W交错并联反激式微型逆变器样机,实验验证了理论分析的准确性。
The interleaved parallel fiyback micro-inverter is discussed and the principle is presented.To explore the opti- mal efficiency,loss models are established.Based on the loss models ,firstly the effects of power devices on efficiency is discussed, the efficiency between using SiC devices and Si devices is compared.Secondly the efficiency under different switching frequency and magnetizing inductance to confirm the optimal parameters is compared.Finally a 200 W protot- ype is built and the experimental results are compared with the theoretical results.
