The breakup of Nanyang education group is the inevitable outcome of several resultant forces. These influence factors include： the great environment problems constituted of the change of policy and particular composition of operation in the process of adjusting and controlling market economy; the related policy and the administration problem in the development of non-government higher education; the internal principle and the management problem in the group; and the problem in personal understanding and decision of the operator of Nanyang education group. The case of Nanyang education group enlightens us that in the process of developing non-government higher education, we must grasp the tendency of market, guard against risk actively, and speed the establishment of modem school system.
