首次对42个柱花草种质的ITS1序列进行了比较分析。结果表明:42个炭疽病敏感与抗病柱花草种质的ITS1序列长度变化范围为302~314bp,G+C含量的变化范围为44%~45%;在它们的ITS1序列中,有8个插入位点,13个缺失位点,68个变异位点;并在15个限制性酶切位点上也存在差异;种质间的遗传分化距离变异范围为0.006~0.053,平均值为0.021。呆用非加权成对平均数法(UPGMA)构建了聚类树系图,42个柱花草种质可分为两大类、15个小类。该结果较好地反映了这些种质的差异。
The sequences of ITS1 regions of nuclear rDNA of 42 S. guianensis accessions were compared and analysed. The results showed that the sequences of ITS1 in 42 accessions ranged from 302 - 314 bp in length. The G + C content varied from 44% to 45%. There were 8 insertion loci, 13 deletion loci and 68 variation sites in whole ITS1 sequence, respectively. And there were differences in 15 restrict enzyme sites within whole ITS1 sequence. The genetic distances varied from 0.006 to 0.053 with an average of 0.021. The dendrogram was constructed with UPGMA based on their genetic distances. Forty-two accessions were divided into 2 groups with 15 subgroups.
