学院绩效工资改革过程中存在着对绩效工资改革认识模糊、绩效工资总量核算不合理、绩效考核机制不科学等问题。实施绩效工资改革,必须科学合理设岗,做好岗位聘任工作,合理核定绩效工资总量,健全学院绩效考核机制,并制定科学合理的分配方案,以便建立新型的绩效工资制度。
There exist some problems in the course of college merit pay reform, such as inadequate understanding of this reform, unreasonable calculation of total amount, unscientific assessment mechanism and imperfect incentive measures. In order to imple-ment merit pay reform smoothly, position should be set scientifically, post be appointed accurately, total salary be calculated reason-ably, college merit pay assessment mechanism be perfect, and distribution plan be designed scientifically and reasonably so that new merit pay system can be established.
