at present,our country mores into a period and of rural integration ; Population flow rapid development of urbanization. The urbaniza- tion rate is above fifty percent mark,but it still highlights regional imbalance. Urbanization in eastern re- gions start to enter the new period of urbanization,more emphasis on the internal innovation and the harmonious development of urbanization. The urbanization of Sichuan Tibetan areas is in the initialization phase,which mainly depends on the external drive development. In thinking about small town urbanization in Tibetan areas of Sichuan practice,combining Fei Xiaotong＇s will come out a new path of urbanization development in Tibetan areas of Sichuan and give it some inspiration.
