The authors put forward that, aiming at the area internal and tiny view layout programming problem of the logistics park, three core steps are allied up, including its Customer＇s need and system analysis, its function to position and its program with the function district, and its system arrangement of the function district. The authors also put forward the principle and methods of the Customer＇ s need and system analysis, induce the way of thinking about the function position and the programming in the function district, the contents and methods of its operation system programming, analyze the programming of system arrangement according to the systematic layout planning. In the end, a solid example is applied analysis with above-mentioned method.
