目的:研究胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-7(IGFBP-7)及乙二醛酶Ⅰ(GLO1)在子宫内膜癌(EC)患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测60例EC患者、60例子宫内膜不典型增生患者、60例子宫内膜息肉患者及60例健康妇女血清中INS、IGFBP-7及GLO1的表达水平,并分析3者的相关性及其与EC的关系。结果:EC组血清INS水平显著升高(817.96±90.08),与子宫内膜不典型增生组、子宫内膜息肉组及正常子宫内膜组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);EC组血清IGFBP-7表达水平(24.77±3.19)显著高于其他3组(P〈0.05);EC组GLO1表达水平(92.96±10.99)显著高于其他3组(P〈0.05)。INS与IGFBP-7及GLO1表达水平均呈正相关(r=0.970,P〈0.05;r=0.983,P〈0.05);IGFBP-7与GLO1表达水平呈正相关(r=0.972,P〈0.05)。年龄及肥胖指数均是EC发病的危险因素(OR=1.218,P〈0.05;OR=1.103,P〈0.05)。结论:INS、IFFBP-7及GLO1升高是EC发生的相关危险因素。检测血清中IGFBP-7及GLO1水平,结合患者年龄及肥胖指数可用于评估EC的发生风险,从而有利于早期预防。
Objective:To research the expressions of insulin (INS),insulin-like growth factor binding protein-7 (IGFBP-7),and glyoxalase Ⅰ (GLO1) in serum of endometrial cancer patients and the clinical significance.Methods:ELISA was used to detect the expression levels of INS,IGFBP-7,and GLO1 in serum specimens of 60 endometrial cancer patients,60 endometrial atypical hyperplasia patients,60 endometrial polyp patients,and 60 healthy women; the correlation among the three indexes and their relationships with endometrial cancer were analyzed.Results:Serum INS level in endometrial cancer group increased significantly (817.96 + 90.08),compared with endometrial atypical hyperplasia group,endometrial polyp group,aud normal endometrium group,there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) ; serum IGFBP-7 expression level in endometrial cancer group was (24.77 ± 3.19),which was statistically significantly higher than those in the other three groups (P < 0.05) ; serum GLO1 expression level in endometrial cancer group was (92.96± 10.99),which was statistically significantly higher than those in the other three groups (P < 0.05).The expression levels of INS and IGFBP-7 were positively correlated with the expression level of GLO1,respectively (r =0.970,P < 0.05 ; r =0.983,P < 0.05) ; there was a positive correlation between IGFBP-7 expression level and GLO1 expression level (r =0.972,P < 0.05).Age and obesity index were risk factors of endometrial cancer (OR =1.218,P < 0.05; OR =1.103,P < 0.05).Conclusion:High expressions of INS,IFFBP-7,and GLO1 are related risk factors of endometrial cancer.Detection of serum IGFBP-7 and GLO1 combined with age and obesity index can be used to evaluate the risk of endometrial cancer,which is conducive to early prevention.
