从公路网“投入”与“产出”的角度对长株潭城市群公路网2000～2012年的运输效率进行纵向对比评价。建立以基础设施投入、运输通道结构和资产投入为输入，以运输效益和社会经济效益为输出的五大运输效率的评价指标，并且细分为15个二级指标。采用数据包络分析法（DEA）量化分析城市群公路网资源的投入产出综合效率，技术效率，规模效率及投入冗余产出不足情况，从而检验区域公路网格局的有效性和合理性。

英文摘要：

From the perspective of input and output, this study compares the transport efficiency for the road network during 2000 to 2012 in Changsha - Zhuzhou - XiangTan urban agglomeration. Five indexes including infrastrueture investment, transport corridor structure, asset investments, transport profit and social economic benefits were considered and further subdivided into 15 second - elass indexes, among which the first three are input indexes and the last two are output indexes. Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） was developed to quantify the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency, scale efficiency, input redundancy and output insufficient of urban road network resources, so as to verify the validity and rationality of regional road network structure.
