采用固相合成法,以BaCO3、SrCO3和TiO2等为原料,Y203为掺杂剂,制得了Ba0.62Sr0.38TiO3系介质瓷,研究了烧结温度对体系介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,试样的体积密度在1300℃时出现一个极大值,达到5.353g/cm3,之后随温度继续升高略有减小,而试样的气孔率随烧结温度的变化则与之相反,且在1300℃时达到极小值1.54%;试样的介电峰值先升高后下降,在1280℃时达到最大值,与此同时,试样Tm移向低温方向,Tm的这种变化与试样的晶粒尺寸略有增大,以及Y3+更容易进入晶格B位位置有关。
Bao.62Sro.3sTiO3 ceramics were prepared using BaCO3, SrCO3 and TiO2 et al as crude materials, Y203 as dopant, and the relationship between sintering temperature and dielectric properties are investigated. The results state that the bulk density increases at first, reaches the maximum value 5.353g/cm3 at 1300℃, then decreases with sintering temperature increasing, in the meanwhile, the porosity decreases firstly, reaches the minimum value 1.54% at 1300℃, then increases. The grain size increases slightly and y3+ ions tend to occupy B site in perovskite lattice with sintering temperature increasing, so Tm shifted to low temperature.
