在新产品的开发中,合理有效的模块划分对于整个产品的设计与制造有着重要意义。针对现有模块划分方法在保证模块功能独立性方面的不足,笔者提出了基于公理化设计的产品模块划分方法。阐述了实施该方法的具体步骤,着重研究了以功能分解为基础、综合考虑零部件之间流关系的强弱及零部件序列关系的影响度(对于解耦合设计而言)的模块划分方法,强调了对模块功能独立性的判断。最后以烟葙缺条在线检测系统的实例,说明了该模块划分方法的应用及有效性。
A rational and effective scheme of module partition is helpful for designing and manufacturing the product. Aiming at the shortage caused by the existing module division methods in ensuring the independence of functional modules, a novel product module partition approach based on axiomatic design is proposed. The implementation process of the approach is introduced. The method of function module partition is investigated based on function anal- ysis and synthetically considering the flows' connections and the impact of sequence among parts. Meanwhile, the method emphasizes on the judging of the functional independence of the modules. Finally, the method is proved to be applicable and effective by an instance of function module partition of the on-line detection system of cigarette boxes.
