提出了基于COM的B/S远程数控系统的结构模型,并根据数控系统的功能将系统划分为独立组件模块,提出了其组件化方案。此外,对系统实现的关键性技术:COM组件的设计与编写、COM组件的配置以及动态反馈加工信息这3个方面进行了阐述和探讨。系统B/S模式下的三层结构使得远程控制更易于维护、开发和集成,基于COM的组件技术使得整个系统实现了模块化、可重构和可扩展。
The structure model of the remote CNC system based on COM is proposed. According to the different functions of the CNC system, the system is divided into independent components. In addition, three crucial technologies of system implementation are stated. They are the design and program of COM components, the collocation of COM components and the dynamic feedback of the manufacture state. Because of the three - layer structure and its component implementation way, the system is modularized, restrueturable and extensible.
