螺栓连接结合面在机床结构中大量存在,结合面的动态特性对机床整机动态性能的影响不容忽视,结合面动态特性的准确分析计算对机床整机动态性能优化设计具有重要意义。在对结合面的研究中,基于ANSYS软件,采用12弹簧一阻尼动力学单元建立结合面的刚度一阻尼模型,并考虑了螺栓连接结合面的影响锥问题,选用软件自带的combinl4单元,对三段梁缩小模型进行自由状态下的模态分析。分析结果与实验测试结果有较好的一致性,证明了模型的实用性和准确性。
The bolted joint surface abound exist in the machine tool structure, and the influence of dynamic characteristics of the joint sulface on the dynamic performance of overall structure cannot be ignored. The accurate analysis and calculations of dynamic characteristics of the joint surface have great significance in dynamic performance optimization design of the overall structure. In the process of dealing with the joint surface, the stiffuess--damping model of joint surface is established with 12 spring-damping dynamics unit based on ANSYS, besides, the influence cone is considered in baited joint surface, and the combinl4 unit in ANSYS is used, and then, the modal analysis of miniature three-parts beam in free state is processed. Comparing the analysis results with experimental test results, both are consistent, and then, the practicality and accuracy of the model is proved.
