Based on the definition of management innovation and its difference from technology innovation,the study concludes the existing literatures into four interrelated perspectives,including affecting elements,innovation process,organizational learning and organization performance research to uncover the black box of management innovation decision-making,deepen the research on the effect of management innovation on organization performance and complement the research in the improvement of management innovation effectiveness.
