以柠檬酸、苹果酸、甘氨酸、葡萄糖为络合剂,用溶胶凝胶法制备NiV2O6,用差热-热重分析(TGA-DTA)法考察催化剂前驱物分解过程中的热效应变化和失重情况,以X射线衍射分析(XRD)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP)、比表面积测定(BET)、扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)、透射电子显微镜分析(TEM)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法测定了催化剂的物理化学性质,并研究了其丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能.结果表明,以葡萄糖为络合剂,溶胶凝胶法制备的NiV2O6催化剂的丙烷氧化脱氢反应催化性能较好.
NiV2O6 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using citric acid,malic acid,glycine,glucose as complex agent separately.Thermal effect and weight loss of precursor in the decomposition process was investigated by thermal analysis(TGA-DTA).The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD),inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP),specific surface area measurement(BET),hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) as well as their catalytic performances for the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propene were studied.The results show that the optimized complex agent was glucose.
