The city is the key battleground of modern capital movement. Space production has strong ability to digest the excessive accumulation of capital,and thus the fixed capital investment become a powerful means to adjust macroeconomic. From the perspective of Marxist,this paper discusses the economic driving force of urban development; and from which analysis trend of urban problems. As a public policy,urban design should seek system construction,and play the role of guiding capital flows,safeguarding the rights of property and maintaining social justice.
