为解决电气初期火灾扑救难的问题,设计出一种基于磷酸二氢铵超细干粉灭火剂和探火管的新型自动灭火装置。通过实体配电柜灭火试验,研究这种装置的灭火性能。计算分析磷酸二氢铵超细干粉灭火剂临界灭火浓度。结果表明,用探火管式超细干粉灭火装置能快速、高效扑灭配电柜火灾,超细干粉灭火剂最低设计质量浓度仅为75 g/m3,装置响应时间为10~33 s,灭火时间为2~3 s。探火管式磷酸二氢铵超细干粉灭火装置所要求的最低灭火剂设计浓度约为探火管式七氟丙烷灭火装置的1/9,探火管式二氧化碳灭火装置的1/33。
In order to solve the technical problems of electrical initial fire suppression,a new type of automatic fire extinguishing device based on fire detection tube and superfine powder fire extinguishing agent was designed. Fire suppression performances of the type of device on distribution cabinet fire were studied through full-scale distribution cabinet fire experiments and calculation analysis. A critical volume concentration was calculated for the superfine power. The experimental results demonstrate that distribution cabinet fires including open fire and smoldering fire can be extinguished quickly and effectively by the type of device,the minimum design concentration of the power is 75 g / m3,the response time of the type of device is 10- 33 s,and the fire extinguishing time by type of device is 2- 3 s,and that the minimum extinguishant design concentration for the type of extinguishing device is by far lower than those for other types of devices.
