为提高乳腺癌术后患者的患肢护理质量，探索乳腺专科淋巴水肿护理门诊的建立与规范化管理方案，从2015年9月开始，我院积极推进乳腺专科淋巴水肿护理门诊建设，通过对护理诊室的硬件设置、人员准备、诊疗流程及工作职责的规范管理，明确了诊疗过程中的服务对象，确定了护理门诊职责范围，不仅加快了专科护理内涵建设，而且提供了专科护士职业发展环境，为推进专科专业化延续护理提供参考依据。

英文摘要：

In order to improve nursing quality of postoperative breast cancer patients＇ limb, and to explore the establishment and standardized management programmeof breast lymphedema care clinic, we actively introduced and carried out breast lymphedema care clinic from September 2015. Through standardized management of hardware set, personnel preparation, clinic process and the work duties of nursing clinic, we cleared service objects and determined nursing outpatient duties range, not only to speed up greatly the connotation construction of specialist nursing but also to provide specialist nurses＇ career development environment. This paper could provide reference for advancing the specialty professional transitional care.
