热解条件及煤种对煤焦气化活性的影响

该文对煤焦的常压CO2气化活性与热解制焦条件及煤种的关联耦合进行了分析研究。采用加压热重分析仪与常压热重分析仪联用对不同煤种在不同热解压力与热解终温制得煤焦的CO2气化活性进行对比分析,并提出最大比气化速率和平均气化速率用于表征煤焦的气化活性。最大比气化速率能准确表征煤焦的最大气化活性,其随热解压力的升高先减小后增大,而随热解终温的升高先增加后减小。小龙潭褐煤具有较高的最大气化活性,而神府烟煤和平寨无烟煤的最大气化活性较低。平均气化速率可很好地描述煤焦的气化过程和气化完全信息,两者结合可全面、有效地反映煤焦的气化特性,为气化炉的设计提供科学依据。

英文摘要:

The correlation of solid charcoal gasification reactivity with pyrolysis condition and coal type was investigated. The CO2 gasification of char observed under variant pyrolysis pressures, final temperature and coal type was analyzed using pressurized thermogravimetric coupled with ambient thermal analyzer. Based on the summary of the variant indexes of char reactivity, specific maximum gasification rate(Rs.max) and mean gasification rate were put forward to indicate the gasification reactivity of char. Specific maximum gasification rate can be used to point out the maximum reactivity of char, it decreases with pyrolysis'firstly and get the minimum value at 3 MPa, then it increases with pyrolysis pressure increasing further; while it shows different trend with final temperature. Xiaolongtan brown coal char shows higher gasification reactivity whereas char of Shenfu bituminous coal and Pingzai anthracite coal shows lower Rs.max Mean gasification rate (Rm) can displayed the process characteristics and burnout property of char gasification. Combined with R~,max and Rm, it can describe the gasification property of char comprehensively. It can supply important reference for the design of coal gasification unit.
