采用热模拟试验、力学性能测试技术及显微分析方法研究了加热温度和冷却方式对X100热煨弯管组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明:在880℃的加热温度和10%NaCl溶液冷却工艺参数下,试验钢的显微组织为针状铁素体+少量板条马氏体,因而可使试验钢获得较好的强韧性配合。随着加热温度的升高,试验钢的强韧性呈下降趋势。10%NaCl溶液冷却工艺下有较好的强韧性,空冷方式下的强韧性达不到相应钢级的技术要求,这主要是由于显微组织中多边形铁素体及珠光体的出现所致。
The effects of different heating temperatures and cooling methods on microstructure and properties of XIO0 hot-bending bends were investigated through thermal simulation test,mechanical property test and microscopic analysis method.The results showed that under the 880 ℃ heating temperature and by 10%NaCl solution cooling,the microstructure of the experimental steel are acicular ferrite and a small amount of lath martensite,so that a better combination of strength and toughness can he obtained.The strength and toughness decrease with heating temperature increasing;while the strength and toughness are perfect under cooling process by 10%NaCl solution.The strength and toughness can not achieve technical requirements of the corresponding steel grade by air cooling,which occurred in miscrosturcture from polygonal ferrite and pearlite.
