介绍了利用有限元软件MAFLC分析压电智能骨料逆压电效应下变形的方法和步骤。通过建立智能骨料三维有限元模型,应用MARC的Glue功能较好地模拟了压电陶瓷片和封装材料的结合形式,计算得到了在1OKHz正弦交变电压作用下骨料的变形和力学特性,分析了压电骨料的径向和轴向位移为同一数量级的原因。智能骨料在电压作用下产生径向和轴向振动,且压电片轴向振动有一定的不均匀性,这与活塞运动方式明显的不同,因此把智能骨料中的压电片的振动看成活塞运动是不合适的。
The methods and steps of using finite element software MARC to analyze deformation characteristics of the converse piezoelectric effect of smart aggregate are introduced. Through establishing three dimensional finite element model of smart aggregate and applying the Glue function of MARC to simulate the combination form of piezoelectric ceramics and packaging material, the deformation and mechanical characteristics of aggregate is obtained. Then we analyzed the reason of the same order of magnitude of the radial and axial displacement of the piezoelectric aggregate. Applying voltage on PZT, the smart aggregate generate radial and axial vibration, and the axial vibration of the PZT has a certain degree of unevenness, these are significantly different with the piston movement. Therefore, the vibration of the PZT embedded in the smart aggregates seen as piston motion is inappropriate.
