以氧化铝为载体,通过负载金属Mn、Fe和Zr并改变其负载顺序研究不同金属催化剂、不同负载顺序对氮氧化物脱除的影响.研究在自制的固定床反应器中进行,考察氧化铝负载不同金属制成的催化剂,在不同反应温度、不同模拟烟气流量和不同NO入口体积分数的情况下,选择性催化还原氮氧化物.结果表明,自制催化剂5Zr/5Mn/10Fe/γ-Al2O3在120~330℃的较宽温度区间都表现出很高的活性,脱除效率都在90%以上;改变入口NO的体积分数和烟气的流量,此催化剂仍有较高的脱除效率.
The catalytic efficiencies of catalysts made of loads of different metals on alumina,such as Mn,Fe and Zr,were studied and compared,and the impact of different load sequence was investigated.The experiment was conducted in a self-constructed fixed-bed reactor.The performance of the catalyst denitration in selective catalyst reduction(SCR)was studied at different temperature,flow rate and entry concentration of NO.The experimental results showed that 5Zr/5Mn/10Fe/γ-Al2O3 was highly active within the whole reaction temperature range of 120—330 ℃,and its denitration efficiency remained at above 90%.Even if NO concentration and gas flow were increased,the catalyst still displayed high removal efficiency.
