硫酸钙晶须作为一种新型无机材料在建材、医药、塑料、橡胶等行业都具有广阔的应用前景。结合本课题组在硫酸钙晶须材料研究领域的工作,总结了近年来硫酸钙晶须材料的研究进展,主要介绍了硫酸钙晶体的几种形态以及水分子在硫酸钙晶体中的存在形态;探讨了硫酸钙晶须的制备机理;分析了硫酸钙晶须的制备技术及其结晶过程中的各种影响因素,最后总结分析了该领域的发展趋势和急需解决的问题。
As a new inorganic material, calcium sulfate whisker has been widely applicated in industry such as building material, medicine, plastic and rubber. Combined with the research achievements of our group on the calcium sulfate whisker material, the recent progresses in the calcium sulfate whisker material are summarized, several forms of calcium sulfate crystal and the existence forms of water molecule in calcium sulfate crystal are introduced, the pre- paration mechanism of calcium sulfate whisker is investigated, the preparation technologies of calcium sulfate whisker and the influence factors in the preparation of calcium sulfate whisker are summarized. Finally, the current problems and the further research direction in the field are pointed out.
