基于轧制理论中的体积不变原理,考虑来料板形的影响,推导出以带钢宽展系数和比例凸度系数表示的带钢平坦度模型。采用大型有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了轧制三维有限元仿真模型,分析了不同规格、压下率和位于不同机架的带钢边降及横向变形,提出了冷连轧机的板形综合控制策略,根据上述控制策略提出了四辊冷连轧机的辊型配置方案。新辊型配置方案投入现场连续应用后,取得了明显的板形控制效果。
A flatness model expressed by the width spread coefficient and the proportional crown coefficient was built based on the invariant cubage theory of strip roiling, and the entrance strip shape was also considered in the flatness model. The 3-D finite element model was built by the FEM software MSC. Marc, and the strip edge and traverse deformation of different specification, different reduction and different stand were studied and the strip shape comprehensive control strategies are proposed. According to it, the roll configurations were proposed and applied on the 4-hi tandem cold rolling mill, a remarkable control effect of strip shape was achieved.
