合成了一种新的镁离子荧光探针1(α-(喹啉-8氧-基)-乙酰水杨醛腙)(α-(quinolin-8-yloxy)-acetylsalicyl hydrazone).探针1的乙醇溶液只发非常微弱的荧光,加入镁离子后在400—500 nm的波长范围可以观察到65倍的荧光增强,而加入其它碱金属或碱土金属离子则不会引起荧光光谱的显著变化.经测定探针1与镁离子以1∶1的比例络合,结合常数可以达到1.7×107(mo.lL-1)-1.
A new fluorescent chemosensor α-(quinolin-8-yloxy)-acetyl salicyl hydrazone(1) was found to display fluorescence enhancement response selective for Mg2+ over other common alkali and alkaline earth metal ions(Li+,Na+,K+,Ca2+,Sr2+,and Ba2+) in ethanol.In the absence of metal ions,chemosensor 1 exhibited little fluorescence emission.Upon the addition of Mg2+,a 65-fold fluorescence enhancement in the range of 400—500 nm was observed and a 1∶1 metal-ligand complex was formed.The binding constants for chemosensor 1-Mg2+ was 1.7×107(mol·L-1)-1.
