Basing on DKLMT model, we introduce a kind of nuclear geometric interaction function f（ξ） to study the cold nuclear matter （CNM） effects on the color singlet J/ψ production in D-Au collisions at RHIC. The dependencies of nuclear modification factors （RD-Au） on rapidity are studied. The results are fit well with the experimental data of D-Au interactions at RHIC.
