文中主要研究的是N型IBC太阳能电池,即N型背结背接触式电池.使用silvaco TCAD软件对N型IBC太阳电池进行工艺仿真,然后对已完成的N型IBC太阳能电池结构使用silvaco TCAD软件进行器件仿真,并对相关参数进行优化,探究该种太阳能电池各方面的特性,最后与工艺仿真进行结合分析,对N型IBC太阳能电池的工艺研究进行总结整理,得出该太阳能电池的最佳工艺参数组合.
This paper will study the IBC of N-type solar cell, which is the N-type junction back-back-contact cell research.We will use silvaco TCAD software for N-type IBC solar cell for process simulation, conducted detailed studies of their specific process steps, and then the N-type IBC solar cell structure has been completed using silvaco TCAD device simulation software to explore this solar cell the various characteristics of the final binding process simulation and analysis of the N-type technology research IBC solar cell sorting summarized, and we obtainthe optimum technical parameters.
