在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化甘蔗梢中抗氧化活性成分的综合提取工艺条件。以乙醇浓度、料液比和提取时间为考察因素,抗氧化活性成分得率为响应值,进行3因素3水平CCD试验设计,获得多元二次回归方程。结果表明,从甘蔗梢中提取抗氧化活性成分的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为63.79%,料液比为1:14.34(g/mL),25℃条件下超声提取3次,每次1.43h。
The objective was to ascertain the optimum comprehensive extraction conditions of antioxidant constituents from sugarcane tips using response surface methodology (RSM). The best extraction conditions were explored through a three-variable, three-level central composite experimental design with respect to three factors (including the percentage concentration of ethanol, ratio of solution to solid, and extraction time). According to the extraction rate of antioxidant amount as response value, a multivariable quadratic regression equation was developed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions about flavonoids and anthocyanins from sugarcane tips were as follows: the solvent of ultrasound-assisted extraction at the temperature of 25 % was 63.79% alcohol-water solution; ratio of solid to solution was 1:14.34 (g/mL); every extraction duration was 1.43 hour and times were 3.
