目的:介绍自制低头架(专利号:201220284456.1)的制作,分析其应用价值,为家兔颈椎病的造模提供参考。方法:将30只日本大耳白兔随机分为模型1组、模型2组和对照组,采用自制低头架对模型1、2组进行造模:连续造模2月后,通过观察兔子颈肌硬度变化、超微结构及组织酶学对造模情况进行分析。结果:对照组肌纤维排列规则,粗细均匀,模型1、2组可见多灶性纤维组织增生,灶性肌细胞变形、坏死并伴炎性细胞浸润等:α-SMA在对照组中未见明显表达,模型1、2组中α-SMA染色呈强阳性,比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:通过自制低头架能成功建立家兔颈型颈椎病急性期的模型。
Objective: To introduce the fabrication of homemade bow frame and analyze its application value, to provide some references for the molding of cervical spondylosis rabbit. Methods: 30 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into model group 1, model group 2 and control group, and the model groupl and 2 were molded by homemade bow frame; after molded for 2 months, analyzed the molding situation by observing the change of cervical muscle hardness, ultrastructure and histoenzymology of rabbits. Results: Control group were detected with muscle fibers in or- der and thickness uniformity without expression of α-SMA. Model group 1 and 2 were detected with multiple focal fibrous hyperplasia, focal muscle cell deformation and necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration, and high expression of α-SMA. Differences between control group and model group were significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The rabbit model of acute cervical spondylosis can be successfully made by homemade bow frame.
